These terms apply when you use chud2chadofficial.com or buy from Chud2Chad. Chud2Chad is a trading name of Delnoir & Co Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16430473), 3rd Floor, 86–96 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Contact: hello@chud2chadofficial.com.

1. Who can buy. You must be 18 or over to buy or use our products. By signing up or buying, you confirm you are 18 or over.

2. What you're buying. The Chud2Chad Protocol is a 90-day digital self-improvement programme: guides, a calendar, a tracker and daily emails. It's delivered by email after purchase. The 7-Day Reset is a free digital guide plus a 7-day email series.

3. Not medical advice. Our content is general guidance on sleep, skincare, grooming, clothing, posture, exercise, nutrition and social confidence. It isn't medical, psychological or professional advice, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Speak to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition routine if you have a health condition, and stop any activity that causes pain.

4. Results. Everyone starts somewhere different. We don't promise any specific result. Studies we cite tested general habits, not Chud2Chad.

5. Price and payment. Prices are set in GBP. Depending on where you are, checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We may change prices, but a change won't affect orders already placed.

6. Your licence. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Protocol for your own self-improvement. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute the content, or upload it to file-sharing sites or AI training sets.

7. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

8. Emails. If you sign up for the 7-Day Reset, you agree to receive the Reset emails and occasional marketing from Chud2Chad. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Our liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.

10. Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
